Bible Fellowship Groups and Christian Education for adults
The teaching ministry of Saint Steven’s includes the study of the Holy Bible for adults in the parish who regularly gather to learn its form and contents, especially as it relates to the worship in the Church. Please refer to the schedule of classes on the homepage of this web site.
Living Water Bookstore
Come visit our bookstore and explore the wealth of materials—from books and CDs to incense and icons, all there to help us grow in the Orthodox Faith. Volunteers have a wonderful time helping out and are always needed and welcome.
Women' Tea and Study
This Study group open to women of the parish meets regularly throughout the year for fellowship and study of various aspects of the Orthodox Faith. The presentations are always organized by members of our Women's Auxiliary and usually led by our Cathedral Dean or guest speaker.
Library and Museum
The Protopresbyter Vladimir M. Mrvichin Memorial Library, together with the Cathedral Museum, have been established by the parish to be educational resources on the Orthodox faith and the history and customs of the Orthodox people.
Reader’s Program
Those who are appointed to the rank of readers in the church are given the responsibility of reading and chanting psalms, prayers and New Testament epistles in the worship services of the Church.
Publications
Working with the clergy, those who help with parish publications work creatively to produce quality parish bulletins, The Cathedral Messenger News Magazine, as well as various brochures and booklets on the Orthodox Faith.
